Refunds or replacements are available if:
Your order is incorrect, incomplete, or damaged upon delivery.
The food does not meet UAE food safety standards (e.g., spoiled or contaminated).

2. Non-Refundable Cases

    Refunds for online payments will be processed to the original payment method within 7-14 business days.
